    摘要:   陶笛這項樂器在臺灣一般大眾的印象裡不外乎是孩子們的玩具,或是牆壁上的裝飾品與服飾的配件,根據調查與訪談參與,才知道現今陶笛已發展成音樂廳舞台上的主角。  陶笛發展早在西元前的拉丁美洲文化與中國新石器時代就有所發現,並非是近幾年才出現的樂器。西元2003年,台灣第一位陶笛演奏家游學志發行首張陶笛專輯後,便帶動陶笛在臺灣的風潮,各地開始有相關的活動與學習課程,並積極與國外陶笛音樂家進行音樂交流與學習,使得臺灣陶笛文化迅速成長。  嘉義地區接觸陶笛人口密度相較之下,略高於其他地區,而在地成立的陶笛樂團也為數眾多,由此可見陶笛在嘉義之興盛與繁榮。本文藉由嘉義地區立案陶笛樂團之案例來了解陶笛在嘉義的重要性與發展,並從樂團基本資料、行政結構、教學模式、表演型態、經營方針、嘉義地區陶笛發展源流與現況,六個面向進行口述歷史之紀錄與訪談,並結合文獻與觀察來綜合分析與探究。最後加入綜合研究的分析討論,對陶笛發展充滿著多樣的展演與呈現,當中包含希望能結合嘉義地區立案團體對陶笛文化之熱情與積極性,且結合教育訓練提升孩童之心性,與推廣陶笛音樂,將嘉義推往成為國際陶笛大鎮之方向努力。
      The ocarina instruments in general Taiwanese public's impression are mostly children's toys, or decorations on the walls and clothing accessories. We did not know that ocarina has already developed into a leading role on the Music Hall stage before the research.  The earliest of ocarina was found in BC Latin American culture and Neolithic age of China. It was not a musical instrument only in recent years. AD 2003, the first ocarina performer of Taiwan, 游學志, released his first album, and brought up the trend of ocarina in Taiwan. Related activities and ocarina lessons have taken places in different areas, and actively exchange information with foreign ocarina musicians and learn from them, so that the culture of ocarina in Taiwan has grown rapidly. The density of population of learning ocarina in Chiayi area is higher than other regions, and there are numerous local ocarina orchestra. Therefore, we can see the prosperity of ocarina in Chiayi County.  In this paper, the importance of ocarina development in Chiayi was understood by Registered Chiayi ocarina Ensemble. And from the basic information of orchestras, administrative structures, teaching models, performance patterns, management policy, the origin of ocarina and the development status in Chiayi, six perspectives were used to interview and record the history of ocarina orally, and synthesized with literature and observation to analyze and explore. Finally, the discussion on the comprehensive study was added. It was found that Chiayi has provided diverse performances and presentation to the development of ocarina, including the passion and enthusiasm for ocarina culture, and the large number of combination of education to train children’s mind and promote ocarina music. And Chiayi is making its effort, heading toward the goal of becoming an international ocarina town.
