摘要: | 本研究目的主要探討分駐(派出)所所長的行政管理中的重要項目與次要項目和社區互動,經由相關文獻整理,建立研究架構,以分駐(派出)所所長作為研究範圍及對象,以訪談的方式完成。 本研究結果顯示:1. 行政管理工作最重要項目為業務管理以械彈管理、風紀管理、資安管理、裝備管理、監視器管理、辦公費管理、公文管理、員警考核等項目,次要項目以刑案績效管理、交通績效管理。2. 與社區的互動最好施行的項目是在各社區辦理治安座談會、廟會交通疏導和協助農、漁民巡守農、漁產品等,最不易施行項目有取締交通違停案件。3. 在執行取締各項案件均有全程錄音、錄影,因此在社區中如義警、民防、民意代表、地方首長等的互動中,在執法時也少有關說情事發生。 This study focuses on the important items and minor items in the police station director’s administration, and community interaction, through relevant literature review to establish the study structure, taking the police station director as the study scope and object and completes by interview. The results of this study show:1. The most important items of administration job are business management, including firearms and ammunition management, discipline management, information security management, equipment management, monitor management, office expenses management, document management, and the police assessment as major and criminal cases performance management, traffic performance management as minor. 2. The best implemented items in interaction with communities are handling public security forum, traffic dispersion for temple fair, and assistance to farmers, and fishermen patrol of agricultural, fishery products; the most difficult to implement is banning of illegally traffic parked case.3. There are recordings and videos in implementing the banning cases; therefore, in interaction with vigilantes, civil defense staff, representative of the people, local official heads in communities, very few illegal lobbies occurr in law enforcement. |
