    摘要:   本研究的目的欲探討美睫課程學員之學習動機、學習態度、學習滿意度與學習成效關係之研究。本研究以美睫課程學員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出250份,回收236份,扣除無效問卷34份,有效問卷為202份,有效問卷回收率85.59%。  本研究所得結論如下:1.學習動機對學習態度、學習滿意度與學習成效有顯著正向之影響。2.學習態度對學習滿意度與學習成效有顯著正向之影響。3.學習滿意度對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。4.學習態度在學習動機與學習滿意度具有部分中介效果。5.學習態度在學習動機與學習成效具有部分中介效果。6.學習滿意度在學習動機與學習成效具有部分中介效果。7.學習滿意度在學習態度與學習成效具有部分中介效果。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among learning motive, learning attitudes,learning satisfactionand learning achievement. In this study, data of student of Eyelashes Beautification Courses are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires, with a total of 250 questionnaires distributed. 236 questionnaires are received, in which 34 questionnaires are invalid such that 202 questionnaires are valid, and the effective response rate is 85.59%.  The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows:1.Learning motive has a significant positive impact on learning attitudes, learning satisfaction and learning achievement respectively.2.Learning attitudes has a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction and learning achievement respectively.3.Learning satisfaction has a significant positive impact on learning achievement respectively.4.Learning attitudes preserves partial mediation effect between learning motive and learning satisfaction.5.Learning attitudes preserves partial mediation effect between learning motive and learning achievement.6.Learning satisfaction preserves partial mediation effect between learning motive and learning achievement.7.Learning satisfaction preserves partial mediation effect between learning attitudes and learning achievement.
