摘要:	本研究探討自然醫學的發展策略，先對其現況作深入瞭解，背景、實務等擇要加以描述，再將未來學觀點探討發展方向及宜採行之策略，期許貢獻所學於社會。　　無副作用的自然醫療在歐美西方發展已有二十～三十年的歷史，近來更有盛行趨勢，未來更有可能成為醫學主流，其原因乃在取自具有顯著療效的藥材，且無副作用取向之醫療效果，乃重視健康者之福音。　　強調科學正統的主流醫學作用很快，但因其有副作用產生，抗藥性又逐年劇增，使療效大為受限。而所謂祖傳秘方則常有效果不一，難明確分析因果，乃因醫藥科技尚有許多不足，產生許多病情無法控制。另依據藥理學，可明白告訴世人「藥即是毒」，幾乎每種藥均有明顯的副作用，然而副作用是醫生權宜輕重，不得不視為當然而必須忍受的無奈，此是今日主流醫學的不足。　　近年來由於科學的發達，社會經濟發展對生命健康的注重，帶動自然醫學的快速發展。原來自然醫學在西方已經有20～30年，其增加健康的療效，同時無副作用的特性，宜予大力研究推廣；再加上整體健康理念，使其運用於國家衛生醫療政策。　　This study investigated the natural medicine, in-depth understanding of the background of practice, and then test futurology view to explore the development of strategies to policy status and direction of development, in hopes of contributing to the public.　　Natural medicine has been popularly used in the Western for decades. Recent trend shows prevalence in the future and are likely becoming mainstream medicine. It is suggested that the herbs used have significant efficacy, with no side effects.　　On the other hand, mainstream medicine works fast, but because of the side effects generated, and the drug resistance built up years later, applications are limited. So-called traditional remedies show mixed results, and are difficult to identify cause-effect, edveloping many uncontrolled illness. Based on pharmacology, it clearly shows ＂medicine is poison,＂ and almost every drug has significant side effects. Medical doctors have to take the severe side effects for granted to recover the patients health without damaging, because of the medication, what originally functional properly.　　In recent years, as the rapid development of scientific development, socio-economic oriented life and health-oriented natural medicine develops fast. Based on the 20~30 years experience in the West, its positive results, such as health improvement and zero side effects, have demonstrated natural medicine should be vigorously researched and promoted. Coupled with a holistic concept of health, the health care policy will definitely make a healthy country.
