各鄉鎮市、各級學校與社區多利用舉辦園遊會活動,營造歡樂氣氛,讓民眾帶領闔家利用休閒時間參與園遊會活動。藉由各類設攤活動,讓社區、參與民眾之間相處更加融洽,並凝聚向心力和社區緊密結合,本研究希望透過kano二維模式分析的概念,探討校園舉辦園遊會的關鍵服務品質要素。 本研究透過文獻探討,設計kano二維模式問卷,分為五個構面共30題,並回收有效問卷319份。研究發現在30項品質要素中,「校園園遊會中,攤位活動內容創新有趣」……等4項要素是魅力品質,「校園園遊會現場人員服務態度親切」……等8項要素是一維品質,其餘18項要素則是無差異品質,沒有當然要素及反轉要素。另外根據顧客滿意係數矩陣圖分析結果,「園遊會能備有足夠的停車空間」……等7項要素是提升校園園遊會服務品質作業之關鍵重點。 In order to create the atmosphere of joy, cities, townships, schools and communities will organizing the exhibition of leisure activities, so that people will use their leisure time to take part in the leisure activities. With all types of activities, communities and people will be more friendly and harmonious, also will be more coherent and closely. The study hopes to analyze through Kano two-dimension model to understand the key service-quality factor of school fairs. The study is to analyze through literature, and discuss with experts to design the questionnaire based on Kano two-dimension model. 30 questions in the questionnaire, the object is the elementary school faculty. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected 330 questionnaires, 319 valid questionnaires . The survey is through Kano model to classify the fair quality factors. The conclusion is as below: During the 30 quality factors , there are 8 one-dimensional quality attributes , including “fair workers can supply friendly service”; there are 4 attractive quality attributes, including “the contents of activities are innovative and interesting”; there are 18 indifferent quality attributes , no item is classified as a reverse feature . From an analysis of customer satisfaction index matrix, there are 7 critical service quality attributes for the fair, including “the fair can supply enough parking space”.
