    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討屏東縣國中小特教教師兼任學校行政工作之因素分析,本研究之目的如下: 一、暸解屏東縣國中小特教教師對於兼任行政工作意願之看法二、探討不同個人背景變項對於兼任行政工作意願之差異情形三、探討影響因素與屏東縣國中小特教教師兼任行政工作意願之關係作者以自編之研究工具「屏東縣國中小特教教師兼任行政工作意願及其影響因素調查問卷」為研究工具,採用問卷調查法,共發出253份問卷,得到有效問卷244份,回收率為96%。資料經由描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析後,作者將重要之研究發現說明如下。一、目前屏東縣特教教師對於兼任行政工作意願屬於中度意願。二、在不同背景變項中,以45歲以上、服務年資在21年以上、教育程度為師資班及研究所以上(含40學分班)、職務為教師兼其他行政組長之特教教師對於兼任行政工作具有較高意願,達顯著差異。三、工作特性因素及組織認同因素為最具決定特教教師兼任行政工作意願的主要因素。四、個人職場因素、家庭與社會因素以及薪資福利因素並非為影響屏東縣特教教師兼任行政工作的主要因素。  作者根據研究結果,提供相關具體建議,供教育行政主管機關、學校行政單位及未來研究之參考。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the willingness and influential factors of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education to take on the administrative positions in Pingtung.The main purposes of this study are as follows:1. To realize the status of the willingness of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education to take on the administrative positions in Pingtung.2. To explore the difference in the willingness to take on the administrative positions among elementary and junior high school teachers of special education with individual backgrounds.3. To explore the relations among the willingness and influential factors of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education to take on the administrative positions in Pingtung.  Conclude the main findings and the research results are as follows:1. The willingness of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education in Pingtung to take on the administrative positions are medium .2. Different age, seniority, educational attainment, and position of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education in Pingtung have significant differences on the willingness to take on administrative positions.3. The most influential factors of the willingness of teachers of special education to take on administrative positions are work factors and organizational identity factors. 4. Personal workplace factors, family and social factors, and salary factors are not the most influential factors of the willingness of elementary and junior high school teachers of special education in Pingtung to take on the administrative positions.  At last, according to the research results, the study proposes suggestions for education the administrative authorities, schools and further research.
