    Title: 雲林縣北港鎮舞龍社團推廣舞龍運動之研究-以新龍團為例

    Abstract:   本研究旨在探究雲林縣舞龍社團推廣舞龍運動之研究,以雲林縣北港新龍團為研究對象,為達本研究之目的,首先蒐集與研讀相關文獻,建立本研究之理論架構,採用文獻分析法及深入訪談法等質性研究方法進行研究,並編製北港新龍團團主、前會長、團員之訪談題目,以及北辰國小組長、老師、家長、隊員之訪談題目做為研究工具,共計22人進行訪談。  研究結果為:壹、北港地區的舞龍文化起源於北港媽祖遶境活動北港地區的舞龍活動始於,居民為了參與北港地區的媽祖遶境活動,因而開始組織龍隊,由祖籍福建的老師傅翁三連指導,北港的第一個舞龍社團北港飛龍團因此而誕生。貳、北港的舞龍社團均起源於北港飛龍團北港的第一個舞龍社團是北港飛龍團,團員葉瑞生為了讓學童也能舞龍,創立小龍隊,後改名為北港新龍團,葉瑞生本人也到南陽國小擔任義務教練,指導學童舞龍,新龍團從那時起便開始至國小推廣舞龍社團,後因曾於新龍團學藝的吳世龍有感於北港舞龍團隊的式微,所以創立聚英社玄龍陣,參與每年的媽祖遶境活動,此為北港的三個民間舞龍社團,因此可以說北港的舞龍社團均起源於北港飛龍團。参、北港新龍團之經營策略:薪傳北港百年藝陣,保存屬於北港的文化印記,使其不至失傳、深耕校園,持續薪傳,永續經營、參與縣府機關舉辦活動,提高能見度、與其他宮廟社團維持良好互動、持續創新,為龍團注入新的活力、成立舞龍舞獅藝術發展協會、與其他龍團交流、切磋,維持良好互動。肆、北辰飛龍隊之經營策略:愛北港顧傳統、學校行政的配合、家長是龍隊的重要夥伴、指導老師有對傳承的使命感、學校老師的溝通與配合、學生認同舞龍是一門值得學習的技藝、紀律的維持、持續創新、學生的傳承、凝聚團隊的向心力、多參加比賽、與社區、民間社團合作。伍、依本研究發現,北港新龍團推廣舞龍運動成功的關鍵因素在於堅持傳承民俗技藝的使命,努力克服面臨的種種問題,找尋解決之道,並且不斷尋求創新、與不同團體合作,激盪出不同的火花,在本研究中也發現,民間團體與學校單位合作傳承民俗技藝與傳統文化,不但能夠續傳統文化生命力,也有助於發展學校特色,是一個能創造雙贏的合作關係。  就研究結論提供相關建議,以作為社團推廣舞龍運動之參考。
      The main purpose of present research is to inquire about the effort to popularize dragon dance made by relevant clubs in Yunlin.   Reaching the goal, with Beigang New dragan club as major subject, first is to set out the theory structure applied with the methodology of qualitative research, such as document analysis and in-depth interview, prepared by several topics for 22 respondents of the interviews, including former president, chief, and other members of Beigang New dragan club, following teachers and administration of Be-cheng elementary school with students and their parents.  The outcomes are as the following:Dragon dance culture in Peigang stem from the Matsu Pilgrimage Procession.The dragon dance culture was first initiated to allow citizens participate the Matsu Pilgrimage Procession. With the instruction of the Fujien-rooted master,San-Lian Weng , Beigang fly dragan club then born as the first dragon dance club in Peigang.All Dragon dance clubs in Peigang origin in Beigang New dragan club.The member of Beigang fly dragan club, Rui-Sheng Yeh, constructed a small group to let the children partake dragon dance activities, which later renamed as eigang New dragan club. Since then Rui-Sheng Yeh himself also volunteered to train in Nan-Yang elementary school, meanwhile Beigang New dragan club started to promote dragon dance activities in schools.Afterwards, Sh-Long Wu, who was once a member of Beigang New dragan club, sensed that dragon dance culture had been gradually declined in Peigang, therefore start up a new club named Ju-Ying Xuan dragan club, devoted to the Pilgrimage Procession every year.These are the three dragon dance clubs in Peigang, thus it is fair to say they were all origin in Beigang fly dragan.Operating strategy of Beigang New dragan club.To inherit the century- old tradition of Peigang, maintaining its cultural mark. Deep plowing in the school, passing on the legacy.Partaking public affairs held by governments, to gain visibility.Collaborate with the other clubs and temples, with continuous innovation.Starting up association of dragon dance art development.Operating strategy of Becheng fly dragan.To love our Peigang, with the preservation of tradition.Collaborate with the school administration and parents.The calling of inheritage.Letting students identify the dragon dance as a worth-learning artistry.Maintain the discipline.Continuous innovationCoherence of the group.Participate the contests.Collaborate with the community and civil organizations.  As figured by present research, the key point of Beigang New dragan club 's success lay in the insistence on inheriting folk customs, with which they struggled to overcome all kinds of difficulties, moreover, to seek innovation by cooperate with organizations of different features.  Otherwise, I also found out that the association with civil societies and schools not only promote to pass on the tradition, but also prompt the development of distinguish features of the school.  Finally, I hope the study can offer relevant references for clubs, in order to promote dragon dance activities.
