    摘要: 　　透過研究調查分析台灣傳統農業轉型休閒產業的發展情形與現況，進行探討經營成效與發展趨勢，討論發展策略，作為未來農漁鄉鎮區域之休閒農業觀光轉型、改善與跟進目標及經營發展方法，以雲林縣口湖鄉金湖休閒農業區為例，期望達到促進地方發展並且永續經營為最終目標。　　台灣這塊土地歷史最悠久也最典型的傳統產業便是農漁業，是國家的根基，然而隨著時代變遷、環境改變，傳統農漁業逐漸受到土地與人為的限制，導致不能再度蓬勃發展，為了改變求進步求生存，進而衍生出休閒農漁業，邁向更多元的發展。本研究介紹休閒農漁業之意涵，包括源起、發展、定義與功能，休閒農漁業區及相關法規辦法，台灣及雲林縣休閒農漁業之發展與現況，SWOT分析與發展策略之概念，以作為本研究之參考依據。　　本研究以雲林縣口湖鄉金湖休閒農業區為例，以作為未來農漁鄉改善與跟進的目標。使用次級資料進行分析，資料來源為雲林縣口湖鄉金湖休閒農業區；研究地點為雲林縣口湖鄉；研究對象以雲林縣口湖鄉金湖休閒農業區為例；運用個案研究與內容分析法，進行次級資料之分析；使用SWOT分析休閒農業區之優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅，並分析其發展對策，最後針對目標族群進行分析。　　金湖休閒農業區已經在產業的經營上奠定發展基礎，近年更有許多中青代投入無毒農業的耕種，經發展協會整合導入農漁業體驗，已逐步從傳統生產朝向三、四級產業前進，走向現代化的休閒觀光方向發展。在遊客人次及經濟產值呈現逐年成長，透過政府之計畫，不僅提供地方就業機會更帶動青年返鄉之人潮。　　本研究藉由雲林縣口湖鄉金湖休閒農業區之現況，了解雲林縣口湖鄉之特質產業與地方人文，該休閒農業區未來若能建立地方共同目標，針對優劣勢進行改善，配合政府計畫，不僅能使地方活力再現，在客源推廣提升及經營收入上也有幫助，改善地方人口結構與生活品質，更讓地方發展，休閒農業區得以永續經營。
    　　The purpose of the research is to Investigation the development status of Taiwan's traditional agricultural transformation leisure industry, discuss the operating trends and development strategy. The Case is JinHu Recreational Agriculture area, Kouhu Town Yunlin County, Taiwan. Wish to improve development objectives and methods, as the future of leisure agriculture in transition, expect to achieve local development and sustainable development as the ultimate goal.　　Taiwan the most typical of the traditional industry is agriculture and fishery, is the foundation of the country. However, as times and environmental change, traditional agricultural and fishery gradually by land and artificial restrictions can't progress, In order to change for survive and progress, evolution derived the leisure agriculture and fishery.　　This study introduce leisure agriculture and fishery, include the origins, development, function, and definitions, also includes recreational agriculture area, development and current situation in Taiwan and Yunlin County. And relevant government rules and regulations, SWOT analysis and strategy concept of development. As a reference for this study.　　In this study, we use secondary data analysis, from the JinHu Recreational Agriculture area, in Kouhu Town Yunlin County, Taiwan. The analysis use case studies and content analysis, SWOT analysis (advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), development strategic and target groups.　　Through the results of the study, we know the JinHu Recreational Agriculture area development foundation has been laid. In recent years, through Development Association to integration the Agriculture and Fisheries. The transition from traditional industries into to fourth industries. Also have many of the younger generation of non-toxic farming inputs in agriculture. In numbers of visitors and economic output to grow year by year. Through the Government's plan, not only provide local employment opportunities, also let youth crowd homecoming.　　Through our research, we understand the nature of local industry and humanities of The JinHu Recreational Agriculture area, Kouhu Town Yunlin County. If establishment of local common goal in the future, advantages and disadvantages for improvement, with the government's plans. Not only make local vitality reproduction, on the visitors and operating income also helped, can change local population structure and improve the quality of life of the population. Wish let local development, and the recreational agriculture area to be sustainable.
