「三歲定終生」一句古老俚語蘊含先人積藏的智慧,也意謂著人之初始的重要性及可塑性。現代人生活在功利社會中,研究者亦在濁世裡,因修習「正念」而體悟生命之美,乃企圖經由本研究,探討正念課程列入幼兒常態教學,對幼兒所產生之影響,以及評估正念課程在幼兒園列入常態教學的可行性。以期開展幼兒多元能力與靈性,步向真實而美好生命旅程。 本研究以樣本小組縱貫研究法對12位幼兒園中班幼兒實施正念課程導入,在研究實施前與實施途程中及實施後,四次量表評量幼兒對於所探討之氣質六大面向有大幅正向改變,且就曲線圖中亦呈現正向趨勢。研究者另對帶領樣本小組之協同研究教師,就其研究前,研究途程與研究實施後對12位幼兒觀察實施深入訪談,並以幼兒之六大氣質面向為主題式分析之結果,與量表評量數值交互對照後,得到「正念」課程對幼兒教育正向影響之結論,及「正念」課程有益且符合幼兒教育綱要之可行成果。 “We can predict a person’s performance in the future by his behavior and attitude at the age of three. ”This is an old Chinese saying in which indicates the wisdoms of the ancestors. It means the importance and plasticity of life to a human being in the very beginning years of his/her life. Nowadays people live in a world of strongly pursuing wealth and fame, so does the researcher. As a researcher, by practicing mindfulness, I have encountered the beauty of life. Therefore I would like to explore the influence of a regular mindfulness-based course on preschoolers’ temperament and also would like to assess the possibility of a mindfulness-based course to be taken as a regular class in preschool. I hope preschoolers can develop their multiple abilities and learn how to live in a spiritual life by practicing mindfulness, moreover, start to enjoy their wonderful journey of life. In this research we studied 12 children before they took the mindfulness-based course, during the course and after the course in a panel study. Four times of evaluating the numbers at six concepts of the temperament show a positive change. The researcher also did interviews with the co-teachers about their observations on the twelve children’s performances of three periods: before taking mindfulness-based course, during the course and after the course. Comparing the results of the interviews by Subject Analysis with the numbers of Quantitative evaluating shows mindfulness-based course has had positive influences on the education of children. The mindfulness-based course is beneficial and complys with the demand of the Early Childhood Education and Care Act.
