摘要: | 正念療法(Mindfulness-Based psychotherapy)包括正念減壓法(簡稱MBSR) 與正念認知療法(簡稱MBCT)。正念減壓法乃於1979年,由Jon Kabat-Zinn 博士在麻省大學醫療中心創立,主要在協助各種不同生理與心理疾病患者。正念認知療法是由Williams、Teasdale以及 Segal三人於2002年將傳統的認知行為療法(CBT)加上新的正念與正念冥想成為正念認知療法。主要針對預防憂鬱症復發,尤其是重度憂鬱的患者,兩種療程皆以培育「正念」為宗旨。 本文旨在探索正念減壓法專題課程對於學員的學習影響,課程在南華大學生死學所在職碩士專班進行,希望透過本研究了解不同個體接受課程後,對自我照顧能力、壓力與情緒管理以及職場與生活的影響,研究結果如下:一、對自我照顧能力的影響:開始關注身體訊息、疼痛因專注觀察得到改善、食禪體驗美妙滋味與滋養力、身體連結帶來平靜與放鬆、停下來與自己同在、自我覺察及接納。二、對情緒與壓力的影響:呼吸作錨穩住身心、覺察情緒,共處之、看事情的角度不同了、靜坐有助於放鬆與沉澱。三、對職場與生活的影響:「覺察」疲憊的調適、增強抗壓能力、波動中呼吸安住、小確幸的滋養、行禪靜觀找回存在感、「轉念」化解人際危機。四、對信仰的影響:共同性:專注,把心安住、靈性整合、慈悲 ;個別性:感謝「主」的恩典、專注於佛教淨土法門的修行。 最後,研究者依據研究結果,針對未來相關研究提出建議,並期許本研究能幫助後續的研究者,各界能更加重視正念療法自我照顧、情緒壓力得到調適與釋放、工作與生活上獲得成長與提升。 Mindfulness-Based psychotherapy includes both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based cognitive therapy(MBCT). Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction, which helped people cope with physical and mental illness, was created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. Mindfulness-Based cognitive therapy ,which used traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) methods and added in newer psychological strategies such as mindfulness and mindfulness meditation, was developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale, It was designed to aid in preventing the relapse of depression, specifically for individuals with Major depressive disorder (MDD). Both programs are aimed to cultivate "mindfulness". This study is to explore student learning experience of a Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction Program. The program was conducted in Nanhua University in-service master degree program of Department Life and Death. The study aimed to understand the influence on the individual's self-care, stress and emotion management, work, and daily life after the learning experience. The results are followings:1. influence on the ability of self-care:Begin to care about the body message, pain reduced because of paying close attention, the experience of eating meditation relishes and nurtures the food .body connection brings tranquil and relaxation, stop and being with self, self-awareness and acceptance.2.influence on stress and emotion:Stabilize the body and mind by anchoring respiration and emotion awareness. From different perspectives to think, meditation helps to relax and settle down.3. influence on work and life:aware how to adapt the exhaust, enhance the ability of pressure-resistance, respiration helps to settle down after the fluctuation of emotion, getting nourishment from the little happiness in hand, walking meditation retrieves the sense of being, thinking differently resolves the interpersonal crisis.4. influence on belief:common ground:Concentration, living peaceably, spirituality integration, benevolence. Individual difference:Favor the grace of God, concentrate on the practice of Pure Land Buddhism. At last, according to the results, the researcher presents suggestions to the future researches and hopes this study can help the incoming researchers and stresses the importance of mindfulness on self-care, retrieving and adapting of emotional stress and promoting the growth of work and daily life in different fields. |
