本研究是以八位分布於全省北中南區的禮儀師為研究對象，欲透過實務工作經驗來探討禮儀師對家屬的悲傷輔導現況。 本研究所使用的研究方法為半結構式訪談與主題分析方法。研究結果如下：（一）禮儀師有基本的悲傷輔導概念，能瞭解家屬的悲傷反應及悲傷影響因素，實務經驗上也有悲傷輔導的實際做法。（二）禮儀師能從喪葬儀式及過程中，了解對家屬悲傷輔導的注意事項。（三）禮儀師面對自己的悲傷與死亡的因應方式。（四）禮儀師悲傷輔導專業內涵的養成之道。 依據上述研究結果，研擬「禮儀師對家屬悲傷輔導實務工作手冊」(初稿)，提供禮儀師與相關從業人員參考之用。 The purpose of this study is, through the practical working experiences,to explorethe present status of the funeraldirectorsin the grief counseling to the bereavedfamilies during the process of funeral ritual and is based on eightfuneraldirectorsdistributed in the region of northern, central and southern of Taiwan Province. The methodof this study is the semi-structured interviews and theme analysis.The research results are as follows:(A) Thefuneraldirectors havethe basic concepts of grief counselingto the bereaved family, understand the grief reactionand the factors of affectedgrief, and have done the grief counseling work to the bereaved family in the practical working experience.(B) Through the funeral ceremony and the process,the funeraldirectorsunderstand the precautions of grief counseling to the bereaved families.(C) Understanding how the funeraldirectorsto cope withtheir owngrief and face the death.(D) The development of professional connotations to the funeraldirectorsin the grief counseling. According to the results of this study, the researcher tries todevelop a ＂Practice Handbook for the funeraldirectorsof the grief counseling to the bereaved families.（Draft）＂, so that the funeraldirectorsandthe relevant employees can take it for the reference.
