摘要: | 2011年台灣出版了日本《斷捨離》一書,此書不但在日本造成一股整理的新風潮,也在台灣引起一股斷捨離的體驗旋風。經研究者文獻搜尋後發現目前國內外極少有對「斷捨離」進行學術上之研究與探討,故本研究旨在透過研究參與者四次的斷捨離體驗經驗以瞭解參與者的心理幸福感與正念覺察之變化、斷捨離體驗之經驗及其對自我覺察增進之情況。本研究採質性研究為主、量化研究為輔之研究設計,並以「正念覺察注意量表」、「心理幸福感量表」為量化研究工具;質性研究部分則以敘事研究為取向並聚焦於三位體驗者在斷捨離體驗及自我覺察等方面之經驗敘說。質性研究部分,在質性訪談中,有二位參與者自陳在正念特質上有正向之改變;有一位參與者自陳在心理幸福感上有大幅的正向改變。敘事分析結果,三位參與者的敘事故事分別為—「多重身分間為難的取捨」、「捨棄舊有關係,迎接嶄新的自己」、「從想要到需要的轉化」。經跨案例分析,研究者發現三位體驗者在斷捨離體驗經驗中有五個相同的主題分別是「體驗後有正向情緒」、「個人有正向之改變」、「有持續執行力」、「斷捨離與收納不同」、「體驗需採循序漸進方式」。 In 2011, the Japanese book “Danshari” was published in Taiwan. This book had caused a new trend of tidying up in Japan as well as a storm of undergoing a Danshari experience. The researcher of this study had searched for related literature and found that there are very few academic studies or discussions related to Danshari. Thus, this study aimed to explore the subjects' four experiences of Danshari to find out the changes in their psychological well-being and mindful awareness, their experiences of Danshari and the improvements in their self-awareness. This study adopted the qualitative research method as the main research method, supplemented by the quantitative research method. The quantitative research tools used include "Chinese Mindful Awareness Attention Scale" and "The Scales of Psychological Well-Being ". As for the qualitative research, the narrative research method was applied, with the focus on three subjects' narration regarding their experiences of Danshari and self-awareness. According to the research findings, the qualitative interviews showed some positive changes in the mindful awareness of two of the subjects. One of the subjects showed great positive changes in psychological well-being according to his narration during the interview. The narrative analysis results of showed that the narrative stories of the three subjects were "Difficult decisions among multiple identities", "Giving up old relationships and greeting a brand-new self", and " The conversion from want to need". Through the cross-case analysis, the researcher found five common themes in the Danshari experiences of the three subjects, namely "positive emotions after an experience", "personal and positive changes", "continuous implementation", "differences between Danshari and putting things in order", and "experiences requiring a step-by-step method". |
