    Abstract:   近年來,由於智慧型手機的發展,即時通訊軟體的開發,即時通訊軟體已經成為多數人的通訊工具。而即時通訊軟體的方便、易用和功能的齊全,越來越多教師使用即時通訊軟體來進行親師溝通。本研究對臺南市國民小學教師進行問卷調查,探討教師利用手機即時通訊進行親師溝通時所遇到的問題,以及這些問題和使用行為之間的關係。
      Due to the rapid development of smartphone technology and instant messaging software in recent years, most people are taking instant messaging as major communication media. Thus, more and more teachers are using instant messaging to communicate with parents because of its convenience, ease of use and multi-function. The questionnaires were given to a sample of elementary school teachers in Tainan City. The study aims to examine the problems teacher faced when using IM to communicate with parents and the influences of the problems to behavioral intention of use.
