本文是針對四季園花卉苗圃農場的經營現況進行五管（生產、行銷、財務、人事 及研究發展）分析及經營診斷，同時依據該農場的產業特性以及未來發展的可行性，提供三 種可能的經營模式：ぇ以農場本場生產為主的經營模式え以銷售為主的經營模式ぉ以綠化景 觀為主的經營模式，由此三種經營模式所衍生的經營項目進行 SWOT 分析並提供可能的經營 策略及發展方向。 The paper is to make a management diagnosis on 5 items (include of production, marketing, finacince, personnel, research and development etc.) of the agribusiness of Four Season Flower and Nursery Farm. According to characteristic and futural development of the agribusiness, the agribusiness of Four Season Flower and Nursery Farm can be divided into three major types: (1) production type (2) marketing type (3) landscape designing type. Several agribusiness also extended from 3 major types can be analyed by SWOT analysis in order to set forth short-term and long-term project for futural development.
