Abstract:	本研究在探討國民小學資優教師的基本背景及其面對的主要問題。經由研究者自編的問卷對 234名教師實施調查。結果發現： (1)資優學生教師顯示具有獲取行政人員與督導人員支援的強烈需要。 (2)資優學生教師表示有發展長期而完整資優學生教育計劃的強烈需要。 (3)資優學生教師顯示具有參加研習會與選修大學課程‚以增進知能的進修意願。
