Abstract:	Stanozolol是蛋白同化效力╱男性激素效力之比值相當高的同化性類固醇，而且可以促進膠原合成，以及影響許多血液因子，所以在皮膚醫學及血液、血管疾病的治療上受到相當的注目；同時它也被運動員拿來濫用，以期能增進肌力與運動表現。由於它多樣的藥效，使其副作用也多於一般同化性類固醇，而在進行藥物檢測時，因其特殊的結構以及較低的尿中排泄量，也使得Stanozolol較一般同化性類固醇難以檢測。 Stanozolol is a synthetic anabolic steroid with high anabolic/androgenic ratio. It is used clinically in the treatment of osteoporosis, blood dieases, vascular disorders, and it is a novel therapeutic agent in dermatology. In addition to these medical uses, stanozolol is abused by athletes for muscle build-up and performance. It's side effects are more than other anabolic steroids. The structurally different to most anabolic steroids and its low excretion rate in urine make its detection difficult.
