The contribution of this paper is to provide a new and related interaction of “Comic Strip Teaching Methodology” and the decoding reading of text between literature and English teaching reflecting the principle theme of animation from two related standpoints in Kate Chopin's The Storm. The first from the decoding reading of text concerns with the detailed literary analysis of The Storm and then deconstructs the textual schema of The Storm. The second, based on the latest approach “Comic Strip Teaching Methodology,” gives an eminent “technological” experiment to reconstruct the signifier and the signified of the 'picture book' and then reform the blueprint of animation. The purposes of the 'picture book' and the performance of animation are in order to get significant meanings of 'teaching and delight.'
