    Abstract: 「意義治療」是由西方「第三維也納心理治療學派」維克多．傅朗克先生所創，其關懷重點在於協助患者從生活中體悟自我生命之意義，進而面對現實，並改變其人生觀，積極樂觀的活下去，努力追尋生命之意義。中國明代王陽明之良知學與傅朗克之意義治療雖在學術理論上不盡相同，然兩位哲人對於探究生命之存有與終極關懷之向度上，實有相通之處。本文之開展，從「什麼是心即理」開始論述；接著說明「陽明良知學與傅朗克意義治療之會通在於生命意義之追求」；最後闡述「如何體現心即理」。希冀儒學經典如何在經典保存之既有價值中突破原有之局面，因應時代重新轉化，以求能於當代社會中體現陽明良知學與中華文化之意義價值。

Frankl creates, its concern key lies in assists the patient to realize from experience significance of the self-life from the life, then faces the reality, and changes its outlook on life, positive optimistic going on living, tracks down significance of diligently the life. Conscience of study although the Chinese Ming Dynasty Wang Yang-ming and logotherapy Frankl in academic theoretically is different, however two philosophers having of regarding the inquisition life with the ultimate concern to on, really have are interlinked the place.Development this article, “is spirit is principle starts from any to elaborate; Then explained “the bright conscience study and Frankl the logotherapy can pass lies in pursue the life significance”; Finally elaborated “how manifests spirit is principle”. Hoped for how Confucianism classics already do have in the value in the classics preservation to break through the original aspect, transforms in accordance to the time, can manifest the bright conscience study in order to in the contemporary society and significance of value the Chinese culture.
