Abstract:	本研究的目的在於探討存在心理治療大師歐文．亞隆的存在心理治療思想以及他在治療中的夢境運用方法。研究目的有四項：1. 探討歐文．亞隆存在心理治療的思想來源；2. 探討歐文‧亞隆存在精神動力學的理論內涵與實務應用；3. 探討歐文．亞隆以存在主題為依據的夢工作與轉化歷程。4. 探討夢境運用對死亡恐懼的轉化歷程。歐文．亞隆的思想來源涵納文學、存在哲學、精神分析與人本心理學，本文採用的方法是傅偉勳先生的「創造的詮釋學」，從歐文．亞隆的著作文本探究思想來源與實踐概念。研究成果上，歐文．亞隆的存在心理動力學有應用的實踐性，但缺乏有系統的技術，這部分可由夢工作來補足。本文的結論，重視生死存在議題在心理治療上極具價值，結合夢工作有助於覺察存在事實以加速心理治療成效。　　The purpose of this study is to explore Yalom's Existential Psychotherapy and his dream work.The study has four purposes-to explore the source of thoughts of Yalom's Existential Psychotherapy; to explore the theory and practicability of Yalom's Existential Psychotherapy; to discuss the dream work in Yalom's Existential Psychotherapy; to discuss the transformation of death fear through the use of dreams . This study uses professor Fu, Waihsun's ”Creative Hermeneutics” for research. Regarding to the results of this study , Yalom's Existential Psychotherapy has the high value in practice but lack of systematic technologies, this part can be done by the dream work. The conclusion of this research, the issues of the ultimate concerns are important in psychotherapy, combined with the dream work helps to aware the existential facts and to accelerate the effects of psychotherapy.
