    Title: 喪禮活動納入性別平等觀念作法之研究

    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討喪禮活動納入性別平等觀念作法之研究。主要研究目的為:一、了解殯葬業者對納入性別平等觀念作法上之認知;二、探究殯葬業者對納入性別平等觀念作法上之困難。係採質性深度訪談法,並以立意取樣8位受訪者,分別為殯葬業者4位、喪親家屬4位,探究性別平等觀念作法之認知及困難,再透過納入性別平等作法喪禮的3個案分析,好以檢視印證第一節之認知及第二節之困難歸納出本研究的發現。研究發現如下:一、在「封釘、捧斗、背神主牌、墓碑骨灰罈子孫名字、女性主奠者」儀式,比較具有彈性空間,同時跳脫男尊女卑、父權文化的藩籬,已較具有符合《現代國民喪禮》之調整作法,僅「墓碑骨灰罈子孫名字」的作法並未完全落實。二、「單身女性神主牌位之歸屬」及「訃聞順序」最難落實性平觀念,需加強宣導性平納入喪禮,為姑婆找出路,跳脫傳統,才能建構性別平等的友善環境。  根據研究發現,分別對殯葬業者及政府部門提出具體建議,希望能讓殯葬業者,在為客戶服務的同時,選擇性別平等的儀式,有所參考依據,而政府部門能發揮上行下效的功能,真正落實性別平等;同時對「封釘儀式」、「捧斗儀式」、「背神主牌」、「單身女性神主牌之歸屬」、「墓碑骨灰罈子孫名字」、「女性主奠者」、「訃聞順序」等,在喪禮活動中進行性別平等上的做法,提出相關建言,期望喪親家屬不論為已逝親人選擇何種型式的「性別平等」儀式,均能對其悲傷療癒的開啟有所助益,讓喪禮活動圓滿順利。
      This research aimed at the study of the practice of introducing gender equity awareness into funeral activities. Its main purpose: I. Learn morticians to adjust the status of the concept of gender equality on the cognitive approach. II. Morticians difficult to understand local practices on the adjustment of the concept of gender equality. Using qualitative in-depth interviewing and purposive eight respondents sampling, respectively, four morticians and four bereavement families. Discussing the cognitive approach and difficulty on gender equity awareness to do empirical analysis and discussion. The findings of the study as follows:  First, in the ceremony of nailing, bucket holding, back ancestral brand and single women altar cards, it was more elastic to think outside the box. Only the practice of tombstone urns sons name was not implemented completely. Second, the "single female god card", "obituary writing and printing" are the most difficult to implement the concept of gender equality. It needs to strengthen propose gender equality into funeral and create the kind gender equality environment. According to the findings of the study, respectively, to be made of specific recommendations for funeral industry and government departments. It is hoped that morticians would have a reference when they provided customer service and chose the ceremony of gender equality. At the same time, "nailing ceremony", "bucket holding ", "back ancestral brand", "single women altar cards "," tombstone urns sons name "," main female lay person ", and " obituary order ". In the funeral activities in the practice of gender equality, put forward the relevant suggestions, hoping to let the bereavement family, regardless of the type of death for the loved ones choose "gender equality" ceremony, can be helpful to the opening of sadness, let the funeral activities pass off very well.
