    Abstract:   本研究主旨在探討「瑜伽教師的身心靈轉化經驗」,從考察瑜伽哲學源流和現代能量醫療文獻開始,兼採胡塞爾意識現象學、海德格存在現象學和梅洛.龐蒂知覺現象學,而訪談研究取向則採詮釋現象學研究方法,以還原受訪者經驗的現象本質。本論從瑜伽、能量醫學和現象學的背景出發,不涉及個人好惡,讓受訪者的身心靈轉化經驗浮現在故事背景中。  在瑜伽行法的實踐和論證上,邀請四位瑜伽教師參與本研究,在進行訪談過程,將自己經驗與觀點依現象學「存而不論」,並謹守訪談者與受訪者「互為主體」、而不分別主客體的態度取得文本。  研究結果呈現,在教學相長的互助下,依其對教師在身體、情緒、反思、直覺到生命的喜悅的轉化,瑜伽有明確提升改善身心靈的效果。研究結論表明,四位瑜伽教師當中,三位因學習正念而有重大轉變,尤其在生活上的反思與運用,讓他們獲得生命的新視域。  最後,研究者提出對未來相關研究的建議及反思,希望對後續的研究者能有所幫助,並且期許瑜伽教師的教學兩方面都能在身心靈方面平衡提升。
      The purpose of this study is to discuss Yoga Teachers' Transferring Processes of Body , Psych and Spirit. In the beginning, we review the previous works on the origin of Yoga philosophy and Modern Energy Medicine. In addition, we also use Husserl-consciousness phenomenology, Heidegger-hermeneutic phenomenology, and Merleau-Ponty Phénoménologie de la Perception. Next, the research method of Hermeneutic Phenomenology is used for the interview research orientation and for the restoration of the interviewee's experience. In this study, we start from the background of Energy Medicine and Phonomenology, and then show the transformation of interviewees' body and mind in their stories (without personal likes or dislikes).  In the practice and the demonstration of Yoga, we invites four Yoga teachers to join this study, express their experience and viewpoint by the epoche in Phnomenology, and follow Inter-subjectivity between the interviewee and the interviewer. Finally, we got the text from the experience of the four yoga teachers without classifying the difference of subjective/object attitude.  Final result after research; under the mutual help of teaching and learning, can tell the teacher's transforming in her body of emotion, reflection, instinction into enjoy life. It is improved that Yoga really can bring up good effect in body in mind. It also got proved from three of the four Yuga teachers who got huge transform due to their positive mind in learning time, special when they do reflection and apply it in living, they got new vision.  In the end researchers offer their suggestion and reflection about future research. Hopefully it may do some good for future researchers, and also hope Yoga teachers may improvetheir teaching way in body, spirit and soul, get it all in balance.
