本研究主要是探討津貼志工也就是非傳統志願服務者的參與動機與學習歷程,以南高雄分事務所用愛包圍方案家庭夥伴為研究對象,採個案質性研究,透過深度的訪談、資料蒐集、參與觀察等研究分析,藉以探究非營利組織之志工人力資源管理之重要因素。 其研究歸納如下:(1)人際互動是最大的挑戰。(2)世代差異形成親職教養觀念落差。(3)個人專業領域不同如何善用。(4)組織成本規劃重要性。(5)培訓制度應適時調整。 提出建議如下:(1)妥善規劃志工福利制度,落實督導制度。(2)了解志工利他及利己的感受適時予以回應。(3)加強團隊輔導溝通訓練。(4)透過各式管道宣導服務的重要性。(5)適當津貼補助的必要性。(6)增加方案教育訓練、個督及團督報告成效評估。(7)完備的教育訓練。 This study is mainly to explore Stipends Volunteer, Involvement Motivation and Learning Process of Non-traditional Volunteer Service, The case of TFCF'S Southern Kaohsiung Wraparound Program Family partner for the study Take a qualitative study, Through the depth of the interview, data collection, participation in observation and other research and analysis, To explore the non-profit organization of the staff of human resources management of the important factors. The study is summarized as follows:(1) interpersonal interaction is the biggest challenge. (2) generation differences in the formation of parental education concept gap. (3) how to make good use of individual professional fields. (4) the importance of organizational cost planning. (5) The training system should be adjusted in a timely manner. Suggestions are as follows: (1) to properly plan the welfare system, the implementation of supervision system. (2) to understand the feelings of volunteer altruism and self-interest to be timely response. (3) to strengthen the team counseling communication training. (4) the importance of advocacy services through various types of pipelines. (5) the need for appropriate subsidy subsidies. (6) to increase the effectiveness of program education and training, supervisors and mission reports. (7) complete education and training.
