    Abstract:   本研究的目的欲探討芳香療法課程學員學習成效因素之研究,本研究以學習過芳香療法課程之學員為研究對象,探討學員在芳香療法課程中的學習動機、學習策略與學習成效關係之研究,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出300份,回收268份,扣除無效問卷31份,有效問卷為237份,有效問卷回收率79%。  本研究所得結論如下:1.學習動機對學習策略與學習成效有顯著正向之影響。2.學習策略對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。3.學習策略在學習動機與學習成效具有部分中介效果。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among learning motive, learning strategy and learning achievement. In this study, data of student of Aromatherapy Health Courses were collected by way of non-random sampling method with questionnaires.300 questionnaires were distributed, and 268 questionnaires were received, in which 31 questionnaires were invalid such that 237 questionnaires were valid, and the effective response rate was79%.  The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: 1. Learning motive has a significant positive impact on learning strategy and learning achievement respectively. 2. Learning strategy has a significant positive impact on learning achievement. 3. Learning strategy preserves partial mediation effect between learning motive and learning achievement.
