本研究的目的欲探討新娘秘書學員學習行為、學習滿意度、學習成效之研究。本研究以新娘秘書學員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出200份,回收200份,扣除無效問卷1份,有效問卷為199份,有效問卷回收率99.5%。 本研究所得結論如下:1. 學習行為對學習滿意度有顯著正向之影響。2. 學習行為對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。3. 學習滿意度對學習成效有顯著正向之影響。4. 學習滿意度在學習行為與學習成效之間具有部分中介效果。 The aim of this research is to study the relationship among the learning behavior, learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness of learners for the bride secretary. In this study, learners for the bride secretary are treated as objective population, and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using non-probability sampling. A total of 200 questionnaires were provided to the respondents, and all were received. By excluding 1 invalid questionnaires, 199 questionnaires wear valid, resulting in the effective response rate to be 99.5%. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Learning behavior has a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction. 2. Learning behavior has a significant positive effect on learning effectiveness. 3. Learning satisfaction has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness. 4. Learning satisfaction has apartial mediating effect between learning behavior and learning effectiveness.
