    Abstract:   本研究的目的欲探討婚禮顧問學員之學習動機、學習態度與學習滿意度之研究。本研究以婚禮顧問學員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出280份,回收272份,扣除無效問卷9份,有效問卷為263份,有效問卷回收率93.93%。  本研究所得結論如下:1. 學習動機對學習態度有顯著正向之影響。2. 學習動機對學習滿意度有顯著正向之影響。3. 學習態度對學習滿意度有顯著正向之影響。4. 學習態度在學習動機與學習滿意度之間具有部分中介效果。
      The aim of this research was to study the learning motive, learning attitudes and learning satisfaction of Learners for wedding consultant was treated as the objective population, and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using non-probability sampling. A total of 280 questionnaires were provided to the respondents, in which 272 responses were received. By excluding 9 invalid questionnaires, 263 questionnaires are valid, resulting in the effective response rate to be 93.93%.  The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: 1. Learning motive has a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction. 2. Learning motive has a significant positive effect on learning attitude. 3. Learning attitude has a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction. 4. Learning attitude has some mediating effect in learning motive and learning satisfaction
