本研究旨在探討中部某企業公司之領導風格、人格特質、組織承諾與工作績效關係之研究。本研究以中部某企業公司為例為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出300份,回收288份,有效問卷回收率96%。本研究所得結論如下:(1)領導風格對組織承諾具有顯著正向影響。(2)領導風格對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。(3)組織承諾對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。(4)人格特質對工作績效具有顯著正向影響。(5)組織承諾在領導風格與工作績效之間具有中介效果。(6)人格特質在領導風格與工作績效之間具有干擾效果。 The aim of this research is to study the relationship between leadership style, personality traits, organizational commitment and work performance of companies in the central area of Taiwan. This study used the companies in the central area of Taiwan as the subject of this study and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using non-probability sampling. A total of 300 questionnaires were handed out with 288 handed back, resulting in the effective response rate to be 96%.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Leadership style has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment.2.Leadership style has a significant positive impact on work performance.3.Organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on work performance.4.Personality traits have a significant positive impact on work performance.5.Organizational commitment has a mediating effect between leadership style and work performance.6.Personality traits have a moderating effect between leadership style and work performance.
