    摘要:   本研究以應用IPA分析法探討觀光工廠的體驗媒介,回收有效問卷共234份,研究發現雅聞峇里海岸應該繼續保持的構面是「環境氣氛」,「服務人員」雖需要優先改善,但是離繼續保持象限也不遠,表示民眾的滿意度已很高,只要稍加改善就可以達到繼續保持的象限,所以此構面的改善是最具有經濟效益的;需要次要改善的是「官網傳媒」,最後,供給過度的是「產品呈現」構面,顯示峇里海岸的商品種類太多,遊客都已經很熟悉,所以不需要透過太多方式來呈現;整體而言,民眾對雅聞峇里海岸還算滿意。
