    摘要:   越南自1986年以來,旅遊業飛速發展,特別是進入21世紀之後。旅遊業已成為越南經濟發展的主要因素之一。河內是全國的文化-政治中心,還是越南最古老城市,它有悠久的歷史,其經濟條件好,旅遊資源豐富。這是越南主要的旅遊中心,同時也是吸引遊客的旅遊景點之一。  本研究主要目的是探討旅遊動機、目的地意象、旅遊效益與重遊意願之間的影響關係;同時,驗證國內外遊客對目的地意象、旅遊效益與重遊意願是否有差異。本研究共收集了489份問卷,有效問卷為464份,並以SPSS 20的統計分析軟體進行資料統計與假設驗證。實證結果發現:1.旅遊動機、目的地意象對旅遊效益有正向顯著影響。2.旅遊動機、目的地意象與旅遊效益對重遊意願有正向影響3.地方特色因年齡與職業而產生差異。旅遊服務因職業與國籍產生差異。生理效益、社會效益都因職業而產生差異。  最後,研究結果可以提供給河內政府與經營業者一些國內外遊客對河內旅遊業的看法,從此可以加強或改善發展旅遊業的政策,本人也提出一些的建議希望能吸引更多遊客前往河內觀光,提升當地的經濟效益。同時,給後續研究一些建議。
      Tourism industry has developed quickly in Vietnam since 1986, especially in 21 century. Tourism sector has emerged as key economic sectors in Vietnam. Hanoi is not only the capital of thousand years of civilization but also the political, economic, and cultural center of Vietnam. Therefore, Hanoi has an abundant resource for tourism development.  The study was conducted to evaluate tourism motivation, destination image, tourism benefits and revisit intention. Furthermore, the study was also examined differences between domestic visitors and international visitors, tourism benefits and revisit intention. The survey collected 489 responses from travelers who visited in Hanoi, of which 464 responses was reasonable. From the collected data, the study was utilized the SPSS 20 statistical software to summary information and analysis hypotheses. The empirical results found that: 1.Tourism motivation and destination image have a positive significant effect on tourism benefits. 2.Tourism motivation, destination image, and tourism benefits have a positive significant effect on revisit intention. 3.The local specialties has significant differences in age and occupation conditions, the service quality has significant differences in occupation and nationality conditions, physical benefits and social benefits have significant differences in occupation conditions  Finally, the analysis results can provide can provide a more comprehensive view of Hanoi tourism for the government or tourism agents. Some recommendations were presented to improve or enhance the tourism development situations. The study was expected that the number of visitors to Hanoi will continue to increase in the future to develop the national economic.
