本研究針對高雄旗津地區十家民宿業者以問卷訪談方式進行分析及經營文化之探討,研究結果顯示,利用AHP層級分析法建立研究架構,對於評估準則項目進行分析,得出評估項目之權重的重要性,分析結果為:(1)民宿業者參考主準則之權重優先順序為民宿特色(0.321)、財務面(0.317)、便利性(0.181)與服務品質(0.180);(2) 民宿業者參考次準則之權重前三項優先考量之評估因素為服務態度(0.423)、訂房資訊內容明確(0.396)、套裝行程(0.346)。 This study is using the questionnaire method and interviews with ten patriots who are willing to cooperate in Kaohsiung's Cijin Area. We use the AHP to establish the level Analysis of Management and Management Culture. Results shows that: (1) The priority of the reference criteria of the patrons and occupations was the guest characteristics (0.321) ,the financial factor(0.317),the convenience (0.181) and the quality of service (0.180); (2) the reference number of the sub-criteria for the first three priority assessment of the attitude of the service attitude (0.423), booking information content clear (0.396 ), Set travel (0.346).
