    Abstract:   本研究主要探討有關我國銀行業之銀行從業人員中組織承諾、知識分享與組織公民行為之關聯性。經過實證資料分析後,得到在銀行業從業人員中組織承諾與知識分享與組織公民行為之間的關聯性是具有正相關。再者,知識分享在組織承諾和組織公民行為之間確實具有中介效果,若員工有較高的組織承諾,將會在工作上更加努力及用心,也較願意協助他人儘快熟悉業務及幫助他人學習,另外如果企業能夠致力於內部組織承諾的創造,並藉由企業員工中工作知識的分享,將能大大提升組織公民行為的程度。
      This study mainly discusses the relationships between organizational commitment, knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship in banking industry of Taiwan. The results show that organizational commitment has significantly positive effects on both knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior in banking industry. The results also show that knowledge sharing has significantly positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior in banking industry. The research further finds that the interaction effects of knowledge sharing. The study finds that if employees have a higher organizational commitment, they will work harder and are more willing to help others as soon as possible. The enterprise can create internal organizational commitment and the sharing of working knowledge among employees will greatly enhance the degree of organizational citizenship behavior.
