    摘要:   本研究旨在瞭解新北市三重區集美國小家長選擇學校因素。近十年來,少子化趨勢對各級學校造成招生不足的衝擊。105學年度正值總生育率最低的學齡兒童進入小學就讀,集美國小沒受到少子化的影響,反而年年成為額滿學校。究竟集美國小有什麼吸引力?家長為子女選擇學校的因素有哪些?為本研究動機。  為達研究目的,作者編製「新北市三重區集美國小家長為子女選擇學校因素調查問卷」作為研究工具,以集美國小105學年度登記在籍之全體一年級學生家長為施測對象,進行現況調查,共發放450份問卷,回收問卷422份,有效問卷407份,有效回收率為90.4%。  研究結果發現,家長在選擇學校因素的家長層面上最重視「子女因素取向」;學校層面上最重視「課程教學取向」;最重視的三個取向依序為「課程教學取向」、「子女因素取向」、「設備與環境取向」;最重視的三個因素則為「學校距離住家較近」、「學校提供多元的課後活動(如:才藝班、照顧班、社團)」、「家人接送孩子很方便」。家長背景方面,父母親及職業在整體家長層面及整體學校層面上沒有顯著差異。年齡31~40歳的家長,在生活便捷取向上的重視程度高於41~50歳的家長。教育程度國中以下的家長在整體家長層面及整體學校層面,重視程度皆明顯高於其他教育程度的家長。家庭月收入50,000元以內的家長重視教育人員取向的程度明顯高於100,001-150,000元的家長。育有獨生子女的家長在子女因素取向、教育人員取向、課程教學取向及整體學校層面,較育有兩名子女的家長重視。學區內就讀的家長在生活便捷取向、子女因素取向及整體家長層面,重視程度高於越區就讀家長。  最後,依據結論提出建議,以供後續研究者參考。
      The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influenced parents choosing Jimei elementary school for their children in SanChong District, New Taipei City. In decade, the trend of declining birth rates had made many elementary schools continuously suffer from the pressure of insufficient admission. However, Jimei was not defeated by the trend of declining birth rates. On the contrary, Jimei had been over-subscribed for decade. Why Jimei was so attracted? What are the factors parents considering when they chose a school for their children? These two are the motivation of the researcher.  To reach the goal of this study, the researcher made the questionnaire, which was titled “An Analysis of Parents' Choice of Elementary School: A Case Study of Jimei in New Taipei City.” as the tool for the research. The sampling was the parents whose children study in Jimei as the 1st graders in the year of 2016. The 450 questionnaires were released. There were 422 back and 407 valid data with the 90.4 responding rate.  The results indicated that parents valued more on the factors of children in parents dimension and the factor of course teaching of school in school dimension. The top 3 dimensions valued by parents sequentially were course teaching of school, children, and the school facility and learning environment. The top 3 factors valued by parents sequentially were the school close to home, various after-school activities (such as talented classes, day care centers and learning clubs) and the convenience of picking up kids. On the social and economic background of parents, there was no significant difference on parents dimension and school dimension. Parents with the age between 31 and 40 paid more attention on the convenience than the parents with the age between 41 and 50. Parents without high-school degree paid much more attention on overall parents dimension, and overall school dimension than the other parents. The parents without monthly household income NT$50,000 paid more attention than the parents with monthly household income between NT$100,001 and NT$150,000. The parents with only one child paid more attention on child, teachers, course teaching of school and overall school dimension than the parents with 2 children. The parents living within the school district paid more attention on the life convenience, children and overall parents dimension than the parents who chose cross-district studying for their children.  Based on the findings, some suggestions were provided for the following researchers.
