    摘要:   本研究採行動研究法進行,以解決太陽班三年級學童實務問題為出發而設計生命教育方案之實踐歷程。全班共有十八位學童,實施為期二十週四十節的生命教育教學課程。在此教學的歷程中,主要探討的目標為:一、探究班上孩子自我認同感的建立情形:從認識自我、接納自我、進而能踏出信心及勇氣的第一步。透過「人與己」課程瞭解孩子的問題及進行解決策略。二、關心孩子們間互動的情形,幫助他們改進人際關係。從尊重他人、欣賞他人、進而愛人如己。瞭解「人與人」之間改變和好的歷程。三、探究小學生如何成為自然資源的好管家?由關心環境與自身的關係著手,進而學習面對環境的挑戰並融入社會關懷活動,瞭解「人與環境」在實施上的成效、困境,及面臨困境的解決之道。四、透過訪談瞭解孩子情緒抒發的出口。希望孩子在「人與生命」的課程中學會賞生命、明白生死尊嚴、信仰與人生的關係,並瞭解孩子在生命意義的追尋中,所帶來的影響。五、根據家長及學生的回饋,提出具體的建議,以提供未來生命教育課程規畫及設計之參考。本研究之研究結果如下:一、在人與己方面,學童能知道生命得之不易,並感恩父母的辛勞。瞭解自己是獨一無二的個體,能將特點能變為優點,勇敢踏出信心的第一步。二、在人與人方面,學童漸漸能跨出自我的心態。瞭解人與人之間需要彼此尊重、包容、接納,以減少爭執,建立良好的人際關係。三、在人與環境方面,能瞭解人與自然間的關係,關心周遭的環境保護,勇敢面對生活或生存的挑戰,進而對社會以至全人類付出關懷施展大愛。四、在人與生命方面,學童能欣賞生命的不同,努力活出精采的人生;瞭解生命的終點即死亡,能滿懷感恩的珍惜自我生命及與家人生活的時光;知道生命的意義不在於生命的長短而在於人的價值,能勇敢追夢,活出不悔的人生。  最後根據研究結果,分別對於學校單位、教師家長及未來相關的研究提出建議。
      The purpose of this study is through Action Research approach to solve the problems which a class of the third grade students were facing while practicing Life Education. There are eighteen students in the Sun class during a twenty-week, forty- section Life Education process. In the teaching project, the main goals are listed as below: 1. To find out how the students develop their self-identity: From the progress of self-awareness and self- acceptance, we can help the students to step out their first move with faith and courage. Through the course of “people ad oneself”, we can find out the problems faced by children and provide the problem-solving strategy. 2. To help the students improve their relationship with one another by observing their interaction: The process is to teach the students to respect others, admire others and to love others as oneself-to understand the process of reconciliationbetween people in “people to people” course. 3. To figure out how elementary students can be the good butlers of natural resources: The teaching process started from teaching the students to think about the relationship between the environments and ourselves, and moved further to encourage them to face the environmental challenges and join the social-caring activity. The course was designed to understand the effect and dilemma in practicing “people and environment”strategy, and to figure out the solution. 4. To understand how the students let out their emotional feelings through interview: The course is designed to help the students in the hope of learning how to appreciate life, to know the dignity between life and death, to comprehendthe connection between religion and living. Through the “people and life” course, we can perceive the impact of searching the meaning of life on the children. 5. To offer practical propose for planning and designing the future Life Education course-according to the feedbacks of the parents and the students.The results of this study are listed as below. 1. In the course of “people and oneself”, the students can know how hard life can be, and appreciate the parents' labor. They can perceive themselves as unique individuals, can transform their uniqueness into advantages, and can move on with faith and courage. 2. In the course of “people to people”, the students can transcend selfishness. They can understand that respect, generosity, and acceptance are required to decrease conflicts and to develop good connectionamong community. 3. In the course of “people and environment”, the students can perceive the connection between men and nature, can care about environment, can face the challenge of surviving, and can make contribution to their society, or furthermore to whole human being. 4. In the course of “people and life”, the students can esteem the difference of lives, and can live a splendid life. They can understand that the end of life is death, so they can cherish their life and family time. They can know the meaning of life is not on the length but on the value so that they will fulfill their dreams and live aunregretful life.  Finally, according to the research result, some recommendations are provided individually to the institutions, instructors, parents, and further research projects.
