英語學習對國小學童是一項重要的課程,而課堂中的遊戲又是最能引起學童學習興趣,因此,本研究旨在探討桌遊融入英語教學對國小低年級學童學習興趣與學習成效之關係。 本研究採準實驗研究法,研究對象為新北市幸福英語補習班(化名)的兩個英語班級,故分為實驗組14人,控制組12人,共26人,實驗組施以桌遊融入英語教學,控制組施以傳統式教學,實驗工具為研究者自行研發之英語桌上遊戲。實驗過程為期六次,每次30分鐘,共180分鐘再加上前、後測各30分鐘。並使用自編的英語學習興趣量表和英語學習成效-聽力、對話、閱讀、寫作量表來了解學童的學習興趣與學習成效之前、後差異。 研究結果發現: 一、桌遊融入英語教學對學生之英語學習興趣有顯著提升。二、桌遊融入英語教學對學生之英語學習成效有顯著提升。三、桌遊融入英語教學之學習興趣與學習成效有正相關。 English learning is very important for elementary school students, and applying games in teaching can trigger students' learning interests. Therefore, this research is aimed to realize the relationship between English learning interests and English learning performance on second graders by applying the table game in English Teaching. The quasi-experimental method is applied in this research, which involved 26 students from The Happiness After-School. We divided the students into two group, the experimental group, 14 kids, and the control group, 12 kids. The researcher used the self-made adapted English board games as the teaching material for the experimental group, and the normal teaching method for the control group. The experiment has taken 6 times, each time 30 minutes , total 180 minutes. The researcher used the self-made English Learning Interests Assessment and self-made English Performance Assessments-Listening part, Speaking part, Reading part and writing part as the research tools to understand the difference between before and after on English learning interests and English learning performance. There are three findings: 1.Applying the table game in English teaching can effectively enhance second graders' learning interests. 2.Applying the table game in English teaching can effectively enhance second graders' learning performance. 3.It appeared positively correlated between English learning interests and English learning performance by applying the table game in English teaching.
