Abstract:	本研究在於探討自身改變與靈魂議題之相關。想了解自己從不相信到相信的內在歷程中，心理議題與靈魂議題間的互動內涵。　　本研究之目的在（1）了解參與華人家排，如何影響個人看待自身問題之角度及（2）靈魂走向靈性是怎樣的一番歷程。研究者在參與華人家排後，由於認知的擴充，學會以鉅觀的方式來看待困擾自身許久的生命議題。之前，研究者認為自身問題的起源只是幼年經驗之投射；參與華人家排後，則發現前世個人潛意識的累世集體潛意識之可能性。更重要的發現則是，這種深入探索有助於將問題責任回歸到自己身上。　　研究發現，從靈魂到靈性的旅程是一個越走越深的過程，從心理議題走向靈魂議題；會走一個由發現、到抗拒、然後接受並且處理的螺旋式循環過程；也體會到心理議題之完整處理，意識必須由表面之理性走到潛意識之感受，然後才能究竟歸因。　　The study is to explore the relationship between the belief changing process from un-believe to believe and the impact of Chinese Family Constellation (CFC) upon my persoal belief system.　　The purpose has two. First, to understand how the CFC affect the point of view of interpreting individual's core issues. Namely,the lack of self-confidence. Secondly, how and what factors involved within in this soul to spiritual journey? Before attending CFC, all my emotional issues have been attributed to the impact of childhood trauma. However, the CFC experience broaden my awareness of consciousness into the comprehension of unconsciousness. What even more relevant is the emerge of a new attitude towards life-responsibility & self-reliance .　　The trip from soul to spirituality seems a spiral process which includes four stages--the discover, the resistant, the acceptant and the reconciled circle. The research conclusion is that--only through the working process of repeated circle of psychological to spiritual, can the soul growth of individualism achieves the level of spirituality.
