    摘要: 　　本研究旨討論雲林縣以農業為主，身心障礙者人口數多，家庭成員承擔照顧重責，並面臨被迫無法外出、就業、就醫等困難，接踵而來家庭問題、經濟問題、婚姻問題迫在眉睫。　　身心障礙者臨時暨短期照顧服務方式研究－以雲林縣第二區為例，透過次級資料研究與內容分析，以研究者在實務工作經驗和雲林縣虎尾身心障礙協會提供執行95年度至104年度服務紀錄等資料之素材進行探究，並進行服務方式彙整與提出，研究結論如下：1.身心障礙者臨時暨短期照顧結合不同力量、社會安全網機制，尊重家庭成員及多元文化需求，家庭照顧者的喘息機會。2.法令規定設限並未列入輕度障礙者，延伸服務輸送端忽視其人權。3.雲林縣第二區身心障礙者臨時暨短期照顧服務人力經歷資深、服務品質穩定，卻也面臨照顧服務員老化。4. 喘息服務目的是減輕家庭照顧者沉重照顧負荷，身心障礙者臨時暨短期照顧和長期照顧服務方式定位。　　根據研究之建議雲林縣身心障礙者臨時暨短期照顧服務制度需應變社會趨勢，降低失控照護風險，多元招募、經驗傳承、培訓人力，服務意涵及指標明確、服務彈性、支持家庭照顧者。
    　　This study aims to discuss Yunlin County agriculture, The number of people with physical and mental handicap, family members take care of the responsibility, and face forced to go out, employment, medical treatment and other difficulties, followed by family problems, economic problems, marriage problems imminent.　　Temporary and short-term care services for physically and mentally handicapped persons-taking the second district of Yunlin County as an example, Through secondary data research and content analysis, To explore the material of the researcher in the practical work experience and the Yunlin County from 2006 to 2015.1. Family caregivers who are physically and mentally handicapped, old and old, and caring for a number of physically and mentally handicapped persons, family caregivers pay more attention than the average family, and breathing services need to be taken seriously.2. Services provided by care attendants can relieve the burden of caregivers, and family caregivers begin to focus on their own breathing space.3. The limited use of temporary and short-term care services for Yunlin County and people with physical and mental disorders, and the high quality of human resources, have also faced the aging and physical decline of care attendants.4. Temporary and short-term care and long-term care services for physically and mentally handicapped persons have a similar pattern, and the respite service for family caregivers is more complete and respite services are integrated to break through the needs of family caregivers.　　According to the recommendations of the study, temporary and short-term care services for physically and mentally handicapped persons are required to Yunlin County social trends, reduce risk of runaway care, positive manpower training, clear service implications, clear pointers, flexible service, and support for family caregivers.
