本研究目的在探討中小型家族企業傳承過程在面對內外部環境的高度變動及本身具備的管理才能,在面臨二代間異質的背景及相對應採取之組織變革對永續經營所產生之影響。 本研究建立於家族企業實際接班的運作模式,經由深度訪談描述家族企業在處理交接傳遞後的變革歷程,採用質性研究深度訪談法中的半結構式訪談方式,透過多年從事於該產業經營管理之接班人為研究對象,進行雙向口語溝通,詮釋被研究的現象與行動過程來了解其影響狀態。 研究發現家族企業接班人透過不斷學習與務實管理,朝向家族企業預期目標及創造收獲效益,可說是家族企業能持續成長的關鍵,經分析與提出命題以供後續研究者更深入之研究及實務參考。 The purpose of this study is to explore the process of inheritance of small and medium-sized family businesses.
