    摘要:   本研究旨在了解本校國中生情緒智力、社交技巧和人際關係之現狀,並分析在不同的背景變項中學生的情緒智力、社交技巧與人際關係之差異,以及探討情緒智力、社交技巧以及人際關係之相關情形。  本研究採問卷調查法,以「立意抽樣」取得本校國一到國三學生共709人之有效樣本進行調查。使用自編之「國中生情緒智力量表」、「國中生社交技巧量表」和「國中生人際關係量表」為研究工具,調查結果以「描述性統計」、「獨立樣本T檢定」、「單因子變異數分析」、「皮爾森積差相關」與「多元線性迴歸」方式進行分析,結果歸納如下:一、本校國中生的情緒智力,以「認識自己的情緒」能力最高,「管理自己的情緒」能力最差,且在不同背景的學生中仍有差異存在。二、本校國中生的社交技巧,以「正向肯定」的能力最高,「自我控制」的能力最差,且在不同背景的學生中仍有差異存在。三、本校國中生的人際關係,以「同儕關係」最佳,「師長關係」最差,且在不同背景的學生中仍有差異存在。四、本校學生的情緒智力和社交技巧間存在高度正相關。五、本校學生的情緒智力和人際關係間存在中度正相關。六、本校學生的社交技巧和人際關係間存在中度正相關。七、本校學生的情緒智力和社交技巧的表現,可以預測其人際關係。
      The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of emotional intelligence, social skills and interpersonal relationship of junior high school students of our school, whether different background variables show differences in students' emotional intelligence, social skills and interpersonal relationship, and to explore the relationship between students' emotional intelligence, social skills and interpersonal relationship.  The data of this study was mainly collected through questionnaire survey and 709 junior high school students in our school with a purposive sampling method. The self-mode scales included "Junior high school student' Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire", "Junior high school student' Social Skills Questionnaire", and "Junior high school student' Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire". Data were analyzed through "Descriptive Statistics", "Independent Sample t test", "One-way ANOVA", "Pearson Correlation", "Multifactor line regression method", and the resuits are as follows: 1. The highest emotional intelligence of junior high school students in our school is "knoeledge of the emotion of the self", the lowest emotional intelligence is "management of the emotion of the self", and different students' background variables show significant differences on emotional intelligence.2. The highest social skills of junior high school students in our school is "assertive recognition", the lowest social skills is "self control", and different students' background variables show significant differences on social skills.3. The highest interpersonal relationship of junior high school students in our school is "the relationship with classmates", the lowest interpersonal relationship is "the relationship with teachers", and different students' background variables show significant differences on interpersonal relationship.4. There are highly positive correlation between emotional intelligence and social skills of junior high school students in our school.5. There are moderate positive correlation between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship of junior high school students in our school.6. There are moderate positive correlation between social skills and interpersonal relationship of junior high school students in our school.7. The performance of emotional intelligence and social skills can predict interpersonal relationships.
