Abstract:	歐洲聯盟與韓國在布魯塞爾所簽訂的自由貿易協定已於2011年7月正式生效，由於內容多項超越世界貿易組織之規範和納入永續發展等議題，歐韓自由貿易協定也被稱作新一代的自由貿易協定。本文在第二章與第三章探討歐韓自由貿易協定與世界貿易組織相關協定之差異性，其後第四章並加入其他自由貿易協定相比較，歐韓自由貿易協定的「供應商符合性聲明」制度、低病蟲害或非疫區和動物福利之合作為其特別之處。第四章一併探討永續發展之面向，雙方雖重申約翰尼斯堡計畫等宣言，惟最終仍需仰賴綠能科技發展，以謀得全球氣候或環保與貿易之平衡。　　The EU-Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) was signed in Brussels and came into effect in July 2011. The FTA is also called a new generation of FTA due to a number of issues beyond the WTO and the inclusion of sustainable development. In chapter two and chapter three, we will discuss the differences between the EU-Korea FTA and the WTO agreements. In the fourth chapter, comparing with other FTAs, the SDoC system, the animal welfare cooperation, the pest- or disease free areas and areas of low pest or disease prevalence are special aspects in EU-Korea FTA. Chapter Four explores the chapter on sustainable development. Although reiterating the Johannesburg Plan and other declarations, we must ultimately rely on the development of green energy technology. Is it really possible to balance the global climate or environment and trade through the sustainable development of FTA in Europe and South Korea?
