本研究主要分爲兩個部份,一爲架構輔行具設計專家系統,另一個部份爲輔行具構件造形資料庫的建立,利用同步設計的概念,將整個輔行具設計程序予以電腦化,以減少在設計時所耗費的時間與資源。在助行器設計專家系統部份,是透過品質機能展開法,探討使用者需求與助行器構件兩者之間的關連性,並將品質表中顯示非常相關的部份加以轉化爲專家法則。另一方面有關助行器構件造形資料庫的部份,是利用Alias繪圖軟體,以NURBS爲格式,在SGI工作站建構,並根據形態分析及構件編碼表來進行助行器獨立構件空間模型的繪製及存檔。透過助行器設計專家系統的諮詢,得到第一階段以構件編碼呈現的推論建議,隨之根據編碼提取造形資料庳中的構件造形資料,在Alias上組合成一套完整的助行器建議圖面,提供患者諮詢以及設計師設計之用,設計師只需移動圓面上的控制點,便可以輕鬆完成修改造形的工作。 An expert system for developing walking-aided products is designed and a form database of components is constructed in this study. The design process for developing a product is computerized based on the concurrent design concept to reduce the lead time of product development and the waste in resource. To build the design expert system, the relationships between the requirements and the needed components are established by using the QFD (quality function deployment) method. The strong related parts in the QFD chart are transformed into expert rules and put into a tool named ‘Vp-Expert’ to complete the expert system. On the other hand, the 3D geometric models of components in different forms are constructed based on the NURBS with the software “Alias” run on an SGI work station. The geometric models that are constructed based on a coding system and morphological analysis method are then saved as a form database which is to be used for constructing a basic model for a product. With the assistance of this expert system, the inferred suggestions presented with a coding system is obtained after the user/designer input the requirements for a product. The inferred codes are then used to construct a completely basic walker based on the previously constructed form database run on the Alias system. If new forms of the product are needed, the designer can modify the basic walker by moving the control points of the components to obtain a new set of configurations.
