| 摘要: | 國內近年來不斷新建景觀天橋，蔚為風氣，不但產生相當大的人潮也吸引令人可觀的錢潮。藉由興建景觀天橋及景觀行銷不僅美化老舊社區的景觀及活絡社區的活力以及凝聚社區營造共識外，更有打響社區的知名度，進而吸引觀光人潮，帶動地方社區產業且提升社區居民的經濟效益。 社區總體營造以建立社區文化、凝聚社區共識、建構社區生命共同體的概念作為主要目標，目的是為了整合「人、文、地、景、產」五大社區發展面向，但如何讓社區營造源源流長，永續經營，就是如何在社區中尋找亮點或是創造亮點。太平雲梯的建立為太平老街創立亮點，目前為全台最高最長的景觀吊橋，每天遊客絡繹不絕帶動人潮。太平社區發展協會在社區營造方面將社區導向人文氣息的藝術社區，讓觀光客來此不僅僅登雲梯欣賞嘉南平原優美風景外，還可以駐地沐浴在太平社區人文氣息及欣賞悠久歷史建築物，讓遊客們漫遊太平。 本研究以太平雲梯所處的嘉義縣為研究對象，探討太平雲梯的發展過程及太平雲梯對社區產業的發展及影響。經由文獻資料收集整理後，發展訪問題綱並進行阿里山國家風景區管理處、嘉義縣梅山鄉、太平村、回鄉立業業主的深度訪談。研究結果發現太平雲梯從規劃到建立共走了漫長的13年歷史，歷程甘苦點滴在社區民眾內心，因此太平雲梯除了帶動社區產業外，社區發展協會有規劃及計畫結合當地資源走向永續社區經營之趨勢；此外太平社區除太平雲梯為一亮點外，並融入人文氣息於社區中，舉凡人文學家張文環，王瓊玲教授之文學巨擘，使民眾流連忘返，達到太平雲梯與社區產業相互成長，互利互惠的目標。
In recent years, continuously building landscape sky-bridges has become the order of the day in the country. Not only bring a lot of crowds, but also attract respectable income. By building landscape sky-bridges and landscape marketing, beautifying old community, perking up the vitality of the community and forging a consensus on comprehensive community development. It also promotes the popularity, attracts the tourist crowds, encourages local community industry, and increase economic benefit. The major goal of comprehensive community development is creating community culture, forging community consensus, and constructing community of shared life. The purpose is to integrate five dimensions of community development including people, culture, geography, scenery and industry. However, how to make comprehensive community development into sustainable operation or how to find the highlight and create the highlight in the community. The establishment of Taiping Suspension Bridge create the highlight for Taiping Old Street. Taiping Suspension Bridge is the highest and longest suspension bridge in Taiwan so far and there is a continuous stream of visitors every day. In the dimension of community development, Taiping Community Development Association make Taiping Community become an art community oriented humanistic atmosphere. Tourists can ramble in Taiping by climbing the suspension bridge to enjoy the scenery of Jianan Plain, bathing in humanistic atmosphere of Taiping Community to visit historical architectures. This study takes Chiayi County where Taiping Suspension Bridge is located as the research object and discuss the development process of Taiping Suspension Bridge and the impact and influence of community industry. After collecting and collating the references, developing an interview outline and conducting in-depth interviews with Alishan National Scenic Area Administration, Meishan Township of Chiayi County, Taiping Village, and the business owners who return to their hometown. The results from this study show that Taiping Suspension Bridge has gone through a long 13 years of history and the psychological journey are still in the deep heart of community residents. In addition to encourage local community industry, Community Development Association draw up plans to combine local resources into a sustainable community. Besides, Taiping Suspension Bridge is the highlight of Taiping Community and also immerse humanistic atmosphere into the community. The master in literature, Zhang Wen-huan humanist and Wang Qiong-ling professor make visitors linger on for a long time. Achieve the goal of mutual growth and mutual benefit between Taiping Suspension Bridge and community industry. |
