本論文以嘉義縣東石高中棒球隊現役球員為研究對象,探討球員心理堅韌性的形成與表現經驗。研究方法以個案訪談方式進行,透過簡單隨機抽樣挑選其中10名高中棒球員進行半結構性訪談,暸解心理堅韌性的形成與表現。 本研究發現為下:一、高中棒球員積極奮鬥之形成與表現:形成時期遭逢危機和低潮時,需經由自我調適後才能將心理堅韌性經驗內化;積極奮鬥紥根後,棒球員瞭解逆境的高牆可能只是自我想像,應該嚐試突破,不要害怕失敗的結果。二、高中棒球員抗壓性之形成與表現:高中棒球員抗壓性的形成,是透過預先思考球場狀況,減低非預期狀況和壓力的產生抗壓性。抗壓性的表現,可由培訓及競技時的因應方式中得知。三、高中棒球員忍受傷痛之經驗與表現:忍受傷痛形成時期中,教練的管理有助棒球員身體的健康狀態及球場表現。棒球員曉得受傷後,會影響培訓及比賽狀況,而注重傷痛治癒的過程,但棒球員的傷害防護觀念仍顯不足,恐怕影響長期運動生涯。四、高中棒球員與社會支持之間心理堅韌性表現:社會支持非直接影響心理堅韌性的形成,教練從態度的育成和鼓勵,產生雙方信任連結,激發棒球員使命感。家人的支持和陪伴,強化棒球員動力和情緒安定;隊員在競技場間的合作與鼓勵可提高信心及穩定情緒,透過學長的經驗傳承,有助提昇技能。 The thesis talks about mental toughness formation and experiences of performance from players, which are active baseball players in Tung-Shih Senior High School Baseball Team. The research method is processing with individual discussion, which is semi-structured interview, to understand mental toughness formation and experiences of performance by simple random sampling from ten Senior High School baseball players.The research of study are following: 1.Formation and expression of positive efforts The formation and performance of the active struggle of high school baseball players: In the period of crisis and low tide, it is necessary to internalize the psychological resilience experience through self-adjustment; after the active struggle is rooted, the baseball players understand that the high wall of adversity may be just self-imagining, should Try to break through and don't be afraid of the outcome of failure.2.Formation and performance of high school baseball players' resistance Players reduce the unpredictable situation and pressure by thinking about the court situation in advance.3.Experience and performance of high school baseball players with painful injuries: Coach management helps to handle player physical health condition and performance on the court. However, the concept of injury protection from baseball players is inefficient.Coach can make a trust connection between each other from attitude creation and encouraging, to stimulate strong sense of purpose from players. With family supporting and accompany, it enhances the player's motivation and morale stabilization.4.The psychological resilience between high school baseball players and social support Social support does not directly affect the formation of psychological resilience. The coach develops and encourages the attitude, and creates a trust link between the two sides to stimulate the sense of mission of the great players. The support and companionship of the family strengthens the motivation and emotional stability of the players; the cooperation and encouragement of the players in the arena can enhance confidence and stability, and enhance the skills through the experience of the seniors.
