Abstract:	網際網路具有的便利與多樣性已成為許多人生活的重心，但是沉迷於網路而導致學業、家庭、人際關係以及身心健康受影響所產生的問題也逐漸受到重視。隨著上網年齡不斷的下降，國小學童因網路成癮以至於在課業與人際健康出現問題的情況也越加嚴重。　　　本研究之目的在分析國小學童網路使用行為、人際關係與網路成癮之間的關係，以及相關背景資料的關聯。本研究以陳淑惠編製的中文網路成癮量表及自編的人際關係問卷為研究工具，經研究者修正為適合國小學童作答的問卷之後，以立意抽樣方式對嘉義市30班五、六年級學童進行問卷調查。　本研究之主要發現如下：一、主要上網地點在家中有六成，以網咖為主要上網地點只佔總人數的3.6％。二、上網主要目的與活動為線上遊戲、WWW與搜尋資料。三、男生較易有網路成癮傾向；學業成績較差的學童網路成癮傾向較高；網路能力較佳者成癮傾向越高。四、使用網路遊戲及溝通互動功能越多，越容易出現網路成癮傾向；而以搜尋資料為主要使用功能，則成癮傾向較低。五、人際關係越差者其網路成癮傾向越高。　　The convenient and varied Internet has became a core of a lot of people's life , the problem of many people indulge in the network and cause the influence of study , family , interpersonal relationships and physically and mentally healthy has be paid attention gradually. As the decline of age with surf the internet , this problem is getting more and more serious for the pupil of elementary school.　　　The purpose of the study is analysing the relationship among the internet using behavior for pupil of elementary school , interpersonal relationships for a internetnic and the relation of the relevant background materials. This research uses the Chen Internet Addiction Scale which were made by Shu-Hui Chen , and interpersonal relationships questionnaire designed by the researcher as a study tools. After the researcher revised the questionnaire answer suitable for the pupil of primary school, carry on questionnaire investigation to pupils of grade five and six , in Chiayi , by way of the purposive sampling methodology.　The main conclusions as following:1.The main internet access place is 60% at home, only 3.6% at network coffee.2.The main purposes of surfing the net are on-line game and search information.3.The boys are relatively apt to have Internet Addiction. the pupil with worse academic record and better internet ability have higher tendency to be the Internet Addiction. 4.The person who uses on-line game and communicates interaction functions more has higher tendency to be the Internet Addiction, on the other hand, the person who uses searching as the main function has lower tendency to be the Internet Addiction.5.The person with worse interpersonal relationships has higher tendency to be the Internet Addiction.
