摘要: | 企業整合的方法隨著資訊技術的演進而不斷地推陳出新,一家企業的e化工具包括企業資源計畫(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)、客戶關係管理(Customer Relationship Management, CRM)、知識管理(Knowledge Management, KM)、企業知識入口網站(Enterprise Information Portal, EIP)…等等的應用工具。當個別工具在使用時使用者並不會去注意資料上有任何特別的問題,但是如果要將所有的工具做一連續上的應用處理時,使用者可能會發現資料會有不一致的情況出現。亦即,當企業E化程度越高時,資料上的交換、傳遞、整合就會越顯的密不可分。所以『企業整合軟體(Enterprise Integration Software, EIS)』成了企業未來營運成長息息相關的資訊系統。 本文首先提供EIS市場現況之鳥瞰,包括Microsoft BizTalk Server、IBM WebSphere Business Integration、BEA WebLogic Integration、TIBCO Active Enterprise與WebMethods Integration Platform。我們發現微軟的Biztalk在市場佔有率、學習門檻,以及讓企業最重視的軟體成本,都是受到大部分使用者的青睞。因此,我們選擇BizTalk 做為實證研究的對象。BizTalk Server不但可以促進企業內部應用程式之整合,而且可以在企業合作夥伴之間強化B2B流程之自動化。 我們實證研究的成果包括:EIS各類產品之優略分析、EIS產業的五力分析,以及BizTalk Server 2004 與傳統作法之比較與分析。最後,我們總結EIS的重要特性及其未來的發展方向。 There are more and more new enterprise integration methods coming out through the time being and the newly enhanced information technology. An enterprise’s computerization tools may include ERP, CRM, KM, EIP and so on. When users utilize respective tool to apply data in different systems, they may find out some discrepancy. In other words, the more computerized systems a company applies to, the more exchange, transformation and integration it may have. Therefore, Enterprise Integration Software (EIS) will be a critical information system for an enterprise. In this thesis, we first survey the current EIS market. The representative EIS systems include Microsoft’s BizTalk Server, IBM’s WebSphere, BEA’s WebLogic, TIBCO’s Active Enterprise, and WebMethods. From some of the important evaluation criteria (e.g., market share, learning curve, and cost), most of enterprises like to choose Microsoft’s BizTalk Server as its EIS systgem. Therefore, we choose BizTalk as our research target. BizTalk not only improves an enterprise’s internal application integration, but also enhanced B2B automatic processes among business partners. This thesis also provides the research such as the strengths and weaknesses of different EIS products, Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model towards EIS, and the evaluation of traditional methods and BizTalk Server2004. Finally, we concludes some import points of EIS and its future trend. |
