    Abstract: 本文以敦煌俗賦《茶酒論》為研究素材，《茶酒論》係清末由敦煌莫高窟藏經洞發現的寫卷作品，本篇體裁屬文人創作的通俗賦體，敦煌藏經洞中俗賦、變文、話本與曲子詞等俗文學作品的發現，在文學史上具有重要的文體溯源意義；本篇論文將要探討《茶酒論》與三教關係之外，更側重以戒律為前提進行酒與道教二者關係的研究，藉此角度觀看《茶酒論》酒與道教關係的新概念。
