近年來空氣污染日益嚴重,對人類的生活與健康影響甚巨。行政院環境保護署設立空氣品質監測網以稽核空氣品質並為國人的健康把關,而本研究開發空氣監測小幫手APP 並與該監測網整合,同時透過資訊系統成功模式(information system success model)來衡量使用者的滿意度與使用意願。本研究採便利性抽樣的調查方式,並透過141 份有效回收樣本的分析結果顯示,空氣監測小幫手APP之系統品質、資訊品質與服務品質確實顯著影響使用者滿意度與使用意願,同時,使用者滿意度也顯著影響空氣監測小幫手APP 程式的使用意願。 As the ever-worsening air pollution has severely affected people's life and health, the Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan established the Air Quality Monitoring Network to control the air quality and protect the citizen's health. This study attempts to develop an air quality monitoring APP integrating the monitoring system, and at the same time measuring the users' satisfaction degree and use intention via the Information Systems Success Model, so as to evaluate the performance of the designed APP. The study uses convenience sampling. Based on the 141 valid questionnaires, we found the system quality, information quality and service quality of the proposed air monitoring APP significantly influence the users' satisfaction and use intention; the users' satisfaction also significantly effects on the use intention of the designed APP.
