Abstract:	學界開始注意到都市原住民並展開研究，起始於1970年代初期。研究者關心的議題主要集中於人口遷徙、生活適應、職業特性、文化變遷等等。至於專就都市原住民族政策作為研究範疇者，以吳堯峰的〈都市山胞政策之回顧與展望〉首開先河。隨著原住民族定居在都市成為常態，都市原住民族已不容被忽視，因此相關以都市原住民族作為主體之政策措施，如住宅政策、就業政策、族語政策等等，也成為了研究者檢視的研究課題。然而居住在都市的原住民族人愈來愈多，上述「頭痛醫頭、腳痛醫腳」的政策措施，已無法滿足都市原住民族人之期待；都會區的地方政府也注意到，規劃整體性的都市原住民族政策之必要，此時都市原住民族政策研究之範疇，也從過去普遍的實證研究，加入了政策之規劃研究。本文透過文獻的耙梳，回顧都市原住民族政策研究之歷程與轉變，進而評析上述研究與當代都市原住民族政策之關連性。俟相關研究回顧後，提出對於未來研究的相關趨勢預測。 The academy began to notice urban aborigines and began research in the early 1970s. Researchers are concerned about the issues of population migration, life adaptation, occupational characteristics, cultural changes and so on. As for the study of urban indigenous peoples policy as a research category, Wu Yaofeng’s ＂Review and Prospect of Urban Mountain Policy＂ is the first of its kind. With the aboriginal settlement in the city become normal, urban indigenous people can not be ignored, so related to urban indigenous people as the main policy measures, such as residential policy, employment policy, language policy, etc., has become a study The subject of the study. However, there are more and more indigenous people living in the city, and the policy measures of the above-mentioned ＂headache＂ have been unable to meet the expectations of the urban indigenous people; the local governments in the metropolitan area also noted that the planning The whole urban aboriginal policy is necessary, at this time the scope of urban indigenous policy research, but also from the past empirical research, joined the policy of planning research. This paper reviews the history and transformation of urban indigenous peoples’policy through literature rake, and then analyzes the relationship between the above research and contemporary urban indigenous peoples’ policies. Once the relevant research is reviewed, the relevant trend forecasts for future research are presented.
