    摘要: 過去鮮少有研究在宗教情境下,對資訊系統的接受影響進行研究,因此本研究旨在宗教情境下,探討宗教信念與主觀幸福感對科技接受模式知覺有用性與知覺易用性及行為意圖的影響效果。本研究以某宗教型非營利組織之「宗教活動經營管理系統」使用者為樣本,共發出360份問卷,有效回收樣本數為258份。後續再以SPSS 24與Smart PLS 3.0等統計工具,進行結構方程模式驗證。研究結果發現,宗教信念對主觀幸福感有正向影響效果,且主觀幸福感對知覺易用性有正向影響效果;但對知覺有用性之影響並不顯著。本研究在宗教情境下拓展了科技接受模式的前置變項,探討宗教信念跟主觀幸福感對科技接受的影響,發現當宗教團體推展相關系統時,應提升宗教信念進而提升使用者的幸福感知,進而提升系統的接受度。
    In the past, there have been few studies on the acceptance of information systems in religious situations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the effects of religious beliefs and subjective well-being on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention of Technology Acceptance Models(TAM). The study takes the “religious activities management system”, which used to use a religious non-profit organization as a sample. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed and there are 258 valid were received. Based on the method of Partial Least Squares(PLS), the verification on Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) is carried out by using the statistical software SPSS 24 and Smart PLS 3.0 as tools for analysis. The analysis result indicates that the subjective well-being shows statistically significant positive effect on the perceived Ease of use and the perceived ease of use has positive effect on the perceived usefulness, as well as the subjective well-being has positive effect on the perceived ease of use. And, the subjective well-being does not have obvious relatedness on the perceived usefulness. The study expands the pre-variation of the TAM in the influence of Religious. Exploring the influence of religious beliefs and subjective well-being on the acceptance of science and technology. It is found that when religious groups promote the relevant systems, religious beliefs should be promoted to enhance the user’s sense of happiness, and thus improve the acceptance of the system.
