    Abstract: 今日科技不斷的提昇，其影響之大，將人類的行為限制住，科技上癮的心靈問題早已在我們現代生活中上演。在方寸之間滑動與凝視，而遺失現實世界的情感溝通，新聞頻傳使用者迷忘在智慧型手機的世界裏，這屬於法律或是道德倫理的議題，讓我們反省到，法律所促使的不過是以科技所造成的外在行為問題的處置現象，並不能使人從源頭了解－－人被科技產品制約。本文冀由哲學的討論，讓人嘗試找尋自己對於科技使用的合理性，以自主跳脫科技負面的影響力。
    Today's continuous improvement of science and technology, its impact is so great that it limits human behavior, and the mental problems of technology addiction have already been staged in our modern life. Sliding and gazing between screens, and losing the emotional communication of the real world, the news frequently re-port that users lost in the world of smart phones, and these legal or ethical issue, let us reflect that the law is only the technology caused by the external behavior of the problem of the disposition of the phenomenon, it does not make people understand from the source -people are restricted by technology products. My thesis is based on the discussion of philosophy, let people try to find their own ration-ality for the use of science and technology, in order to free autono-mously from the negative influence of science and technology.
