    Abstract: 創新教學代表教師的改變與成長,而教師改變其教學方式時,學生也會隨著改變他們的傳統學習方式,進而引發學習興趣與動機。有鑑於在「殯葬禮俗」課程方面,雖已於105學年度將闖關方式的桌遊元素融入教學活動中,但如何提升學生自主學習的教學效果及團隊合作與溝通能力,尚待突破。另「治喪規劃與流程」課程,雖已於103學年採行治喪協調劇本撰寫、微電影拍攝及治喪規劃書製作等考核方式,但缺乏客觀多元的成績評量標準,以及殯葬企業實地見習的技能培養策略,亦有待改善提升。本計畫創新教學將以學生需求為中心,重視創意及啟發,且教學方法與教材設計力求多元,教學活動則重視學生學習反饋,希望藉此在認知領域、情意領域及技能領域等方面增進學生的生命禮儀服務能力。
    Innovational instruction represents a teacher’s change and improvement. When the teacher teaches in different way, the students will change the way how they learn and trigger their learning motivations. The teacher has already combined instruction with board game since 2016, but it remains to be breakthrough that how to make students start self-directed learning, understand the importance of teamwork and how to improve the ability of communication. Funeral Arrangements lesson has already adopted script writing, microfilm production, and funeral arrangement proposal production for evaluation since 2014. However, they are lack of the objective performance evaluation and the technique cultivation of internship at funeral businesses, so it remains to be improved. The innovational instruction will be focused on the level of creativity, inspiration, and what will be students exactly need, plus striven for diversified teaching. And the activity of instruction will be focused on students’ learning reaction, looked forward to improving students’ funeral services capacities in cognition aspect, affective aspect and technical aspect.
