    Abstract: 招魂葬是一種特殊的葬法,異與一般有屍骨的葬法,它的出現是由於戰亂或當官遷徙或客死他鄉而無法返鄉歸葬者所施行的因應措施,有正反二面的看法,儘管朝廷禁止仍無法停止這種招魂葬的做法,歸其原因就在於歸葬和合葬的習俗,而所反對者的持論就在於招魂葬所招的魂、所用的葬法,除了不合禮制外就是所謂的魂魄到底是否存在的問題,雖如此,招魂葬確實從漢朝就存在,到了魏晉南北朝始有爭議性的存廢,然而到了隋唐時代卻是盛行不已,留傳至今仍然為家屬所接受,而成為另一種的葬式。
    Soul Burial is a special burial method. The burial method of different and general bones. Its emergence is due to war or official migration or end and unable to return to the be buried of the implementation of the response measures. There's a positive and negative view of two sides. Although the court forbade the practice of not stopping this kind of soul burial. The reason for this is the custom of be buried and burial. And the argument of the objector lies in the spirit of the soul burial, the burial method used. In addition to the non-ritual etiquette is the so-called soul in the end whether there is a problem. In spite of this, the burial of the soul did exist from the Han Dynasty. The controversial deposit and abolition in the Wei, Jin, southern and Northern Dynasties. But it was popular in the Sui and Tang dynasties. It is still accepted by the family to this day. And become another kind of burial.
